- Review of planned maintenance works throughout the project period
- Continuous attendance of meetings with client and contractor

- Approval of all progress claims and monitor cash flow
- Perform final inspections handover inspection
- Manage correction of any noted deficiencies
- Negotiate with contractors warranty and ongoing maintenance agreements
- Provide project close-out documentation
