Equity Elevator Management Pty Ltd (T/A Equity Elevator Consultants officially registered on 21 October 2015. Founded to deliver independent lift consultancy services focused on safety, performance, compliance, and long-term asset value management.
Trading commenced in January with our Safety audit methodology aligned with SafeWork Australia guidelines, AS1735, WHS laws, and . Safety, Compliance & Risk Management Reports
We joined forces with Strata Community Australia NSW (SCA NSW) and Owners Corporation Network (OCN) to advocate for strata safety and education.
Proud finalist in the CHU Strata Community Awards (NSW) for Strata Services Business.
Expanded into Queensland and grew our team to four full-time consultants, recognised again as a CHU Awards finalist.
